Terms & Conditions These terms apply to all services of Stranger. Our company details (including Chamber of Commerce number) are shown in the footer of this website. Article 1 — Applicability These terms apply to all offers, quotes and agreements between Stranger and the client, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Article 2 — Quotes and offers All quotes are without obligation and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless indicated otherwise. Article 3 — Performance Stranger carries out the assignment to the best of its ability. The client ensures that all information required for the work is provided in good time. Article 4 — Payment Payment must be made within [30 days] of the invoice date. In case of late payment the client is in default by operation of law. Article 5 — Liability The liability of Stranger is limited to the amount charged for the relevant assignment. Stranger is not liable for indirect damage. Article 6 — Complaints Complaints about the work must be reported in writing within 14 days of discovery, so that a suitable solution can be sought. Article 7 — Applicable law Dutch law applies to all agreements.
